Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales), processing times may take slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected carrier.

Carriers We Use:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (such as weather or carrier delays).


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your shipment’s progress.
If you haven’t received your tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at mrsbsmercantile@gmail.com.


Shipping Documentation

No VAT, trade number, or business ID is required for your order. You will receive all necessary information on your receipt or packing slip.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We ship to most P.O. boxes via USPS. Certain oversized or restricted items may require a physical address.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at mrsbsmercantile@gmail.com with photos of the damage so we can help resolve the issue.
